Get Down And Boogie

Sunday, March 9th, 2008

What is a down line and how does one find it? A question for the ages, true?

In its simplest form a down line is best described as a person or people, who after seeing your site, product, or service, are drawn to join the opportunity. In other words, you enticed them to”act”.

Upon acting, these individuals begin advertising the same “stuff

Why do you want a down line? When you are promoting a service you offer, or a product that you use, in controlled surroundings you are able to advertise well enough to make a living. After all, it is not very likely that if you run a small grocery store in Nowhere, North Of Nothing, people residing in Somewhere, South of Everything, will travel to your store to buy peanut butter. But your advertising will encompass those folks within travel distance to your location.

Expansion of a target market exploded when it became possible to deliver your “stuff” to people further away. Mail order, overnight delivery, all the modern methods of product movement, they all facilitated a larger customer base. That began the marvels of advertising such as fliers, catalogs, radio and television. Even Billboard signs along the highways and buyways of the world could now offer well-known “stuff” to people just passing through. A business located in Japan could now count on the advertising of their branch locations, their rudimentary down line, to bring in customers and sales. To increase your market, increase your advertisers.

So how do you build a down line? Some crafty people have solved the building problems and you can find the locations everywhere you find traffic. Yep, that’s my big surprise. You probably expected pages of links to the downline sites that fill the Internet. Sorry, I could do that, I’ve joined enough of them to warp your mind! And I am not even offering them today. Don’t try and complicate that which you do not need to complicate. Don’t look for more work. Take that time you’ve left and surf. By surfing, your sites are seen, that’s what gets folks into your down line. Any member that joins your Dare2Click.com down line will now be privy to your suggested sites. Turn, Turn, Turn

Thursday, February 28th, 2008

Well, I’m TICKEDD. Was just about to post my wrap-up blog on surfing, had a great idea all worked out. Even had a flash of maybe interviewing….. Yeah okay I’m a bit early for April Fools and Tim Lindon hit the bulls-eye again! What a fantastic series, 60 WM and why they do what they do. And then I thought about how turn-around is fair play. So, although my motive is far easier to conceal ( I won’t tell you, but I will post my answer in a hidden location (a page on D2C, lol or about D2C even) Enter your idea and the closest answer will get a prize from me, curioscat. I’ve no idea what, but I’ll find something everyone can enjoy.

Can You Tell Me Why?

1. From the first moment you began joining traffic exchanges, was there a common thread?

2. I help out friends by filling out their Income Tax Returns every year. Some are elderly while others are smart, young, successful folks who have no clue why there are 15 pages of reasons why you can’t claim the daycare cost, but only one page asking for your honest opinion?

3. How does the autonomy of the Internet create stereotypes?

4. Can you believe it took til Feb 28/2008 before The Sens begged Murray to return?(thats for my son, the ever- faithful fan who really did watch the NHLtrade thingy)

5. Where’s the best place to buy Won Ton Soup in Ottawa?

Back in a few, something brand new, look for pages throughout where you surf.
