USER AGREEMENT FOR DARE2CLICK As a Member of this Traffic Exchange I request that the administrators do NOT give out any of my submitted personal information for any reason. I further agree that I will be using a email address that does NOT lead to a non-existent email account or a catch all account that will fill up and bounce emails. I further understand that should emails sent to me bounce I accept I will likely have my account deleted and lose any Income that I may have earned. ** I know that in order for me to receive my join bonus credits and Fully activate my account I must surf the required number of sites. Once fully activated my referrer will also receive their bonus credits for referring me. IF I DO NOT fully activate my membership within 7 days I am not interested in remaining with the site and understand you will remove me from the Site without further notice ** It is okay with me if the Administrators of the Traffic Exchange send me the occasional email if they have news or something they feel is worth my consideration. I understand that the Administrators will not abuse this and emails will be kept to a minimum. If they send to many, I will request a payout and quit the program. I WILL NOT add any Sites That Are PTC, Gambling, Pornographic, Illegal, OR objectionable in Nature on this Exchange be it via Surf Site, Hotlink or Banner. I also understand that any videos I add MUST NOT be autoplay. They will have a button to start them if a member so desires. I Will Not Add Videos From YouTube etc. That Are For Entertainment Purposes. I Understand This Is NOT An Entertainment site, it is an Advertising Site and I will use the site for those purposes ONLY! If I am in doubt of the acceptability of a site I will contact the Administrators prior to setting it up. I also understand that by not adhering to these rules may result in my Membership being terminated without warning, which will result in the loss of any and all earnings I may have accumulated. I WILL NOT open multiple browser windows to surf. I know the reason that people join a surfing site is to get exposure to their various sites and offers, and by opening multiple windows pretty much means I have no plans of looking at their sites and that is not right. If caught cheating this way (or any other way) I accept that my membership will be canceled. My sites/banners will be deleted, and I will forfeit any and all income I may have earned. Its only right after all. I WILL make sure that any sites I add to the Exchange will NOT load too slow and can be seen within the timer settings. There is just no point in me adding a site that is slow loading. Sites with multiple popups, pop-unders, that break out of frames, or have irritating gadgets will be removed without warning and banned from the system. I also understand that if I choose to use a rotator it is my responsibility to make sure all the sites in it are safe, load properly, will not have any auto-play video or sound, and it will not stop the timer or surfing action. I also understand that my account may be deleted without warning and I will lose all my credits and any earnings I may have accumulated. I understand that the speed of all Traffic Sites can be affected by the number of sites in the Database. Should my account show a negative balance and there has been no activity for a period of 3 months or more, the administrators have the right to assume I have abandoned my account and they will remove my sites etc to keep the active member surfing at the best possible speed. I agree that I will ONLY email my Direct Referrals once per week and I will NEVER send material that may be offensive to them. If I do, then the Administration have the right to remove my account. It is MY responsibility to check out these terms from time to time as they may change without notification. Our Cash Out Policy: Cash outs are paid on the 1st and 3rd weekend of each month, unless the Administration states otherwise. In order for a member to request a cash-out they MUST be an upgraded member. The member MUST be upgraded for at least 90 days. After the 90 days members are eligible to receive a cash-out. Any member that cancels their membership once receiving a cash-out will NOT be eligible for any more cash-outs, and further upgrades will NOT be accepted. A site cannot sustain itself if people only upgrade to receive a cash-out and then cancel. Free members may use their cash account to upgrade with, and again they need to be an upgraded member for at least 3 months before they can receive a cash-out. A $2 Admin fee will be added on top of the cost of the upgrade when using their cash account. Free members may also use their cash for paying for any advertising on the site if they so choose to. Our Refund Policy: All Upgrades and Advertising bought through this site is Non-refundable. No exceptions

THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBES THE TERMS ON WHICH
DARE 2 CLICK OFFERS YOU ACCESS TO OUR SERVICES.

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a contract between you and Dare 2 Click. and applies 
to your use of the Dare 2 Click's services and any related products available through
Dare 2 Click Internet Servers (collectively the "Service"). If you do not agree to be
bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, please do not use or access our Services.

In Brief, you are NOT allowed to: 

  1. Use robot/auto surf software of any kind.
  2. Promote Immoral, Illegal, or Illicit websites.
  3. Promote Adult, Hate, Racist or any kind of material that will cause offense.
  4. Use any language other than English as the predominant language (minor use of a foreign language is permitted but should not represent more than 10% of the total page).
  5. Use an auto-responder email that automatically answers your email such as spamarrest, spamcop, mailblocks etc.   Be aware some of these services send spam in your name and can cause your email account to be shutdown by your ISP!
  6. Use an email address that prohibits the receipt of emails from Dare 2 Click for any reason.
  7. Send unsolicited email attempting to promote Dare 2 Click.

If you do your account will be suspended and any credits will be lost. We will not pay any outstanding commissions and will attempt to recover any that have been paid. Any monies already paid that
are not returned will be considered as theft and where possible we will recover them.

The Dare 2 Click Service:
Dare 2 Click is a service provided to you "as is" and without guarantee. Any credits free or 
purchased are non refundable. Dare 2 Click cannot be held responsible for credits incorrectly used.

You acknowledge Dare 2 Click is not an investment program, multi-level marketing
program, High Yield Investment Program, "autosurf", randomizer, matrix, pyramid,
Ponzi scheme, "get rich quick" scheme, or other similar venture. You acknowledge
you will not use our service for the promotion of any illegal immoral or illicit 
purpose. If you do not accept these terms you must leave this site immediately.

By continuing to use this site you are bound by this agreement and you agree that you
will keep all information provided by this site confidential. You are not allowed to 
copy or comment or take any action that may devalue the sites service and accept
any damages or costs thereof such breach including any agent or company that
you may be associated with.

The user agrees not to operate hardware or software designed to bypass the systems
developed by Dare 2 Click for the benefit of all it's users.

When an account is set-up, the user agrees to provide current and accurate 
information. And agrees that, that information can be used for Dare 2 Click to make
contact with the user. Any inaccurate information may result in the user's account being closed.

Information given in registration will not be sold or given to any third party without the users
written permission, unless required to by law. Users agree not to collect or harvest any 
users information that may be on our internet servers.

Dare 2 Click makes no claim as to when visits will be received by the user. Dare 2 Click can 
not be held responsible for third party hit trackers that may not record hits accurately.
Dare 2 Click statistics are final. Hits are views and are not viewers/visitors. Some sites
may be shown multiple times to users.

While Dare 2 Click may take measures to prevent offensive information, the user acknowledges
that any content found on our servers may not be controlled by Dare 2 Click , and Dare 2 Click
can not be held accountable for it. However,
the user agrees not to use Dare 2 Click to promote or advertise any of the 
following material. Pornographic, Links or banners to pornography, Adult Content,
Explicit, Racial, Hate, Illegal, SPAM, Auto-Surf Software, or any other material
that may be offensive or unethical. ..

As users are not limited to the number of sites in rotation, there is no need for having
more than one account open at Dare 2 Click.com.

Users will conduct themselves in appropriate manner and will not manipulate any of the
site to gain credit or access to unauthorized areas. Also, Dare 2 Click does not allow
the use of auto-surf software/hardware (etc.) to gain credits. Anyone caught using or 
distributing it will have their account terminated.

The user agrees not to hold Dare 2 Click responsible for any content, links, 
advertisements, site malfunctions, miss-directions or any other events that may 
cause harm mentally, physically or to property.

You agree that Dare 2 Click, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password,
account (or any part thereof) or use of the Service, and remove and discard any 
Content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of 
use or if Dare 2 Click believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with 
the letter or spirit of this agreement. Dare 2 Click may also in its sole discretion
and at any time discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or without
notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Service under any provision
of this agreement may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that
Dare 2 Click may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information
and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or the Service. Further,
you agree that Dare 2 Click shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination 
of your access to the Service.

Dealings with advertisers are done at your own risk and Dare 2 Click can not be held liable
for any advertisers actions.

You agree to maintain a valid email address and your account is only activated once you
have verified your email address by clicking a link in an email sent to you. By doing so you
are bound to accept email from Dare 2 Click which will include system messages and
marketing information. This is an opt-in service and you can stop to receive emails 
by deleting your account. Any user threatening or reporting Dare 2 Click for sending 
'spam' or 'UCE' or Unsolicited Commercial Email will be invoiced for all services 
they have received to that point and immediate payment will be expected. Further
more all legal costs and compensation will be sought through the courts for any loss 
of time or reputation.

Dare 2 Click is an honest marketing business supported by appropriate privacy
statements, terms and conditions, user agreements, business practices and an excellent
reputation in the trade that it will protect through all means available. This benefits you,
your business and the online promotion and marketing businesses in general.
